(Chairman and Managing Director)
Maheshkumar Gordhandas Vaghela is the Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of our company. He completed his Senior Secondary education in the year 1985 from Gujarat Secondary Education Board, Gandhinagar, and has over 36 years of experience in the Machine Tools industry. He has been associated with our Company since 2015, when it was carried on as a partnership firm wherein he was a partner. He commenced his career in 1990 with Weldor Engineering Private Limited, where he served as a Technical Director until 2007 and thereafter as Head of the Sales Department until 2015. He primarily oversees the overall business, sales & marketing, and finance operations of the company.
NIKUNJ MAHESHKUMAR VAGHELA
(Whole-Time-Director)
Nikunj Maheshkumar Vaghela is the Promoter and Whole-Time Director of our company. He completed his Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering from Gujarat Technological University in the year 2019 and has over 6 years of experience in the Machine Tools industry. He has been associated with our Company since 2015, when it was carried on as a partnership firm as a partner wherein he was a partner. He currently oversees the production and manufacturing operations of the Company.
MINABEN MAHESHKUMAR VAGHELA
(Non-Executive Director)
Minaben Maheshkumar Vaghela is the Promoter and Non-Executive Director of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since 2015, when it was carried on as a partnership firm wherein she was a partner. She passed Grade IX from Shree Bai Sheba Sahebba Girls High School, Rajkot. She possesses 10 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
ARUN DASH (Independent Director)
Arun Dash has been an Independent Director of the Company since January 22, 2026. He has been an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2005. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce in the year 1997 and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in 2001 from Utkal University, Odisha. He possesses over 21 years of experience in secretarial and compliance matters. He was associated with Shirt Company (India) Private Limited from July 2005 to September 2006 as Company Secretary and thereafter with Southern Wind Farms Limited as Company Secretary from July 2007 to December 2007. He was associated with Reliance Capital Limited as Deputy Manager (Secretarial) from January 2008 to June 2010. He is the Proprietor of Arun Dash & Associates, Company Secretaries, and has been associated with the firm since 2010. He is also a Designated Partner in Dash Dwivedi & Associates LLP since 2025.
MAHIPAL SINGH CHOUHAN (Independent Director)
Mahipal Singh Chouhan is an Independent Director of our Company and has been on the Board since January 22, 2026. He possesses approximately 10 years of experience in secretarial and compliance matters. He has been an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2015. He qualified as a Cost and Management Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India in 2020 and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Mumbai, obtained in 2019. He commenced his career as Company Secretary with G-Tec Jainx Education Limited in 2016 and was associated with the said company until 2021. Thereafter, from 2021 to 2025, he was associated with various companies, handling secretarial and corporate governance matters. He has been serving as the Company Secretary of Emmbi Industries Limited since 2025.
TUSHAR RAI SHARMA (Independent Director)
Tushar Rai Sharma has been an Independent Director of our Company since January 22, 2026. He possesses over 9 years of experience in secretarial and compliance matters. He has been an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India since 2016. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, obtained in 2012, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Manav Bharti University, Solan, Himachal Pradesh, obtained in 2019. He commenced his career as Company Secretary with Orient Tradelink Limited in 2017. Thereafter, from 2017 to 2022, he was associated with various companies, handling secretarial and corporate governance matters. He is currently serving as Company Secretary of ERPL Warehousing Park Private Limited, with which he has been associated since 2022.
