Mr. Maheshbhai Gordhandas Vaghela is the Chairman & Managing Director of Weldor CNC Machines Ltd and the driving force behind the company’s growth and success. With more than three decades of experience in the machine tools industry, he has built a strong reputation for technical excellence, business leadership, and customer trust. Associated with the Weldor Group since 1990, Mr. Vaghela has played a vital role in shaping the company’s journey from its early years to becoming a recognized name in CNC machine manufacturing. During his initial tenure in technical leadership, he successfully managed production planning, quality systems, technical development, and project execution, helping establish a strong manufacturing foundation. Since 2015, he has led the company’s Sales & Marketing functions with a strategic focus on business development, customer acquisition, dealer network expansion, and market positioning. His deep understanding of both engineering and customer needs has enabled the company to achieve sustainable growth and long-term client relationships. As Chairman & Managing Director, he provides overall strategic direction and oversees operations, finance, expansion planning, governance, and organizational development. He also represents the company before banks, government authorities, customers, and key stakeholders. Under his visionary leadership, Weldor CNC Machines Ltd continues to strengthen its market presence through innovation, quality manufacturing, and customer-focused solutions. NIKUNJ MAHESHKUMAR VAGHELA
Mr. Nikunj Maheshkumar Vaghela is the Director & Promoter of Weldor CNC Machines Ltd, bringing youthful leadership, technical expertise, and operational excellence to the organization. He plays a key role in driving the company’s growth, innovation, and manufacturing efficiency. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Germany and a Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering from Ganpat University. His strong academic background in engineering and automation supports the company’s focus on advanced CNC machine manufacturing and precision engineering solutions. Mr. Vaghela joined the business in 2020 and has been actively involved in the Technical & Operations Department. He oversees production planning, machine assembly, installation, commissioning, quality control, and process optimization to ensure high standards of performance and customer satisfaction. He also works closely with the design and engineering teams to implement innovative technologies, improve manufacturing processes, and strengthen operational productivity. His forward-looking approach has contributed significantly to the company’s successful transition into a public limited corporate structure and its continued expansion in the CNC machinery industry. MINABEN MAHESHKUMAR VAGHELA
Mrs. Minaben Maheshkumar Vaghela is the Director & Promoter of Weldor CNC Machines Ltd and an Indian national. She has been associated with the organization since its initial stage when the business operated as a partnership firm. She joined the firm as a Partner and actively contributed to administration and human resource functions. After conversion into Weldor CNC Machines Ltd, she continues to serve as Director & Promoter. She heads the Human Resources and Administration Department of the company. Her key responsibilities include managing HR operations and employee administration.
ARUN DASH
Mr. Arun Dash, aged 49 years has been appointed as an independent director of our company. He has over 20 years of experience in corporate governance, SEBI compliances, and legal advisory. He is a fellow member of ICSI and hold certificate of practice from July 2010. He also holds Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. He was granted the Certificate of Practice in 2010 and admitted as a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS) in 2018. With over 20 years of experience in corporate laws, SEBI regulations, and capital market compliances, he is the Founder of Arun Dash & Associates, Company Secretaries, and serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Raj Oil Mills Limited. He has previously worked with Shirt Company (India) Pvt. Ltd., Enercon India Ltd., Reliance Capital Ltd and Accretion Nutraveda Limited. His expertise spans audit and governance functions, SEBI (LODR) compliances, secretarial audits, insider trading, SAST, and advisory on IPOs, FPOs, rights issues, buybacks, delisting, SME listings, restructuring, mergers, and takeovers.
MAHIPAL SINGH CHOUHAN
Mr. Mahipal Singh Chauhan, aged 32 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. He is a qualified Company Secretary, Cost and Management Accountant, and a graduate in Commerce and Law, with over 8 years of experience in secretarial compliances, corporate governance, and capital market advisory across listed, NBFC, and unlisted entities. He has previously worked with Keerti Knowledge and Skills Limited, KJMC Financial Services Limited, and Suncity Metal & Tubes, and is presently serving as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer at Rajshree Polypack Limited. His expertise spans Companies Act and SEBI regulations, RBI filings, IPOs, rights issues, buybacks, NCDs, corporate restructuring, and secretarial audits, including reputed entities such as ICICI Securities Limited.

Mr. Tushar Rai Sharma is an Independent Director on the Board of the Company. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree (2019) from Manav Bharti University, Himachal Pradesh, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from A.B. College, Pathankot, Punjab. He has over 9 years of professional experience in company secretarial functions, listing and regulatory compliances, and legal matters. He began his career as Company Secretary with Alliance Friction Technology Private Limited (2017–2019) and subsequently worked with Pontika Aerotech Limited as Executive – Legal & Secretarial in 2019. He later served as Company Secretary at Pioneer Industries Private Limited (2019–2021). Between 2021–2022, he was associated with CARS24 Services Private Limited and Cariot Auto Private Limited as Assistant Manager – Legal. Presently, he is associated with ERPL Warehousing Park Private Limited as Company Secretary. In addition, he holds directorship positions at Coreone Workspaces Private Limited, Riddhi Display Equipments Limited, RWU India Private Limited, Gravity (India) Limited and Weldor CNC Machines Limited His expertise in secretarial practices, regulatory compliances, and corporate governance contributes independent oversight and strengthens the governance framework of the Company
